What are Bitcoin rewards and how do they work?
Bitcoin rewards are extra Bitcoin you earn automatically when you set up a recurring buy. Once your recurring buy is active, you earn a small reward each time it runs, and you also earn based on how much Bitcoin you’ve built up over time. The more you buy and hold through recurring buys, the more rewards you can earn.
What rewards can I earn?
You can earn:
- 1% match on recurring buys for the first 3 months after complete setup of the account including Identity Verification (capped at $50/month).
- 2% annual rewards on your Bitcoin balance (capped at $100/month).
What counts as a recurring buy?
Any automatic Bitcoin purchase set to repeat weekly or monthly counts as a recurring buy.
When do I receive my rewards?
- 1% match - credited at the time of each recurring buy.
- 2% annual rewards - starts accruing from your first recurring buy. The first payout occurs three months after your initial recurring buy, with subsequent payouts occurring monthly.
Where can I see the breakdown of my rewards?
- From the Home screen, tap Next reward.
- Tap Total earned.
- View your full Bitcoin rewards history.
- Tap any entry for a detailed breakdown of each reward.
What if I pause my recurring buy?
If you pause your recurring buy, you’ll temporarily stop earning rewards.
You can resume at any time to start earning again, but paused periods won’t count toward your reward calculation.
Do I still earn if I sell or withdraw my Bitcoin?
If you sell or withdraw Bitcoin purchased through recurring buys, that portion will stop earning the 2% annual rewards.
Only your remaining balance will continue to earn rewards.
Is there a minimum amount I need to buy to receive rewards
Yes, a minimum recurring buy of $10 is required. As long as your recurring buy is active and meets this minimum, you'll earn rewards based on your balance and monthly caps.
What happens if I start recurring buys close to the end of the program?
You’ll still earn rewards based on your activity, but you must meet the minimum active period (e.g., 3 months for annual rewards).
If the program ends before that period, you may not receive the full reward amount.
Can programs change or end early?
Yes. Rewards may be modified, paused, or ended at any time. If any changes happen, we’ll notify you in advance. You can review the full terms and conditions here.
